A snowy shot looking up from the forest floor this winter. It was a nice day for a walk in the woods a few weeks ago, you can't really tell in the photo but it was snowing a little that day.

We went back to the bar where they feed the dear and saw this doe out there eating. I was amazing how close we could get to them but too close and they do run off.

I like to get low to the ground and shoot up toward the sky, I like that way the trees look against the blue. The lack of leave allows for more light to get through.

Deer feeding
When we stopped along the trail for a break one of the local bars had some visitor's they feed the deer in front of the big picture window. These girls sure were hungry, and a little on the chunky side.
